I love the box and the sales. I am an annual member, which is more of a commitment, but I can customize everything. I don't think I would be happy as a seasonal member if I had restrictions on what I can pick. I think it is overall a great value.

The boxes are getting chintzier and chintzier as time goes on. The choices for customizations are less impressive than they used to be, and they used to have “surprise” items which impressive at one point — and unfortunately are now coupons and stickers. Not worth it anymore. They really just focus on up selling by getting you to purchase their add-ons over having the box be the focus.

Hi there! We're sad to hear that the items missed the mark for you! Our team works hard to hand-pick the best products for our boxes each season, however, we understand that not all items can resonate with every member. We hope to have the opportunity to surpass your expectations in the future!

i got this winter box because i was liking the price. It is or was on facebook for 29.99......then once it got my debit card information the website stop working .i had to get customer service ...and they helped but it was not the same ...and when i got on your website it said that if you got the seasonal subscription that would get a mini box worth $80-100.....or a mystery box...and i was told that because i use that $20.00 off i would not get this ....but that is not what it said ...because i was i new member it a other reason i would get a mini box ...i did get a mystery gift but still not the same...not a very good first impression.

I do NOT RECOMMEND this company. I signed up in the Fall 2021 and I was so excited for the winter box, the company had been showing off all the items and I was really looking forward to it. The MORNING that customizations opened, everything I wanted was no longer available!! Thats like false advertising! Evidently I found that this is a common issue with this company , myself and several other people cancelled our subscription immediately 😑 . Very bad business!!
Response from FabFitFunNov 19, 2021
Hi Katie! We always strive to provide enough inventory so that all members can pick their first choice item during customization, however, items are only available while supplies last. We recommend checking back from time to time before Customization closes because if a member removes that item from their box it will immediately be available for someone else to add. Thanks for your input and we hope to have the opportunity to surpass your expectations in the future!
