I have been a customer for almost 4 years now and have never had an issue up until recently! Thankfully when I chatted with customer service, it was resolved within 15 minutes! I love that the customer service chat option was readily available (I was chatting at 10:30 PM my time) and they were able to resolve my issue quickly. One of the facial toner sprays I had ordered was malfunctioning and I couldn't use it, they asked if I was okay with a refund because the original product was no longer in stock, and that worked perfectly for me! :)

I really like my seasonal box that I got so far but dont like that you automatically check out when u do add ons and take more than 3-5 Business days to refund my money back

They helped me immediately with my questions I used the live chat and was able to get everything taken care of very quickly thanks fabfitfun

Love the subscription and the full sized products. My mom and I have been doing it for over 2 years now. The customer service is always 10/10. I am starting to see some similar items in the past few boxes though. I am wondering if it’s because we have been here so long.

I am new to fab fit fun and was told from a friend she loved it. We plan our box picks as soon as we know what to expect. This box we both felt like it wasn't something we would love but wanted the make the best of it because she had never been disappointed before. We ordered our boxes the same day at the same time. We literally love right next to each other and her box always arrives before mine. We have had it the past few months since I've joined. I picked mystery picks for 2 of my customizations thinking I would get something awesome and completely different from what was offered from my options. If I wanted something from the options I would have picked it.upon opening my box I was was so disappointed that I didn't get something different. She wanted to be there to see what awesome options I got only for both of us to be disappointed with what was sent. If I wanted something on the customization i would have pick and paid extra as I have in the past for what I wanted.

I love My FAB FIT FUN BOX & especially everything I get inside my box too & my add on are so amazing! I get the items I need at a great price! Every time my box comes I get so excited. I never get anything I don't like ( like Fake eyelashes which I hate & Fake nails because I get my nails done every week!) I'm extremely happy with all the products I received.

I would not recommend giving FabFitFun as a gift. My father purchased a 1-year subscription for his granddaughter. The only way to set up the subscription was through his email. That means that he got the emails to customize upcoming boxes instead of my daughter. We were able to contact the company to change this, but then the account info changed to my 14 year old's email. The gift was automatically renewed without any email ahead of time and even though my daughter canceled the subscription IMMEDIATELY after the email notification came through (which claimed the charge would go through the next day), we were told it was too late and that the company would not refund the yearly subscription. Since the account was now under my 14 year old's email and name, my dad was unable to cancel the membership or request a refund, even though it was his credit card on her account. After numerous emails back and forth from the company, they finally refunded my dad's credit card for the automatic renewal. The customer service was very friendly, but it took numerous angry emails from me to get this resolved.
