I was very skeptical, but this device got my eye sight perfect. I got EyeQue months before I try it, but broke my glasses during the pandemic lockdown. I ordered glasses with the numbers EyeQue gave me and the only thing that was not perfect was the hight of the bifocal, a number not given by the device.

The EyeQue Vision Check kit worked very well. I used the practice mode until I was comfortable using the unit and then took the 3 required test sessions. I then used the papillary distance glasses to get my PD number and ordered test glasses which came in less than a week. The test glasses improved my vision remarkably. Now, I can read the ticker running across the bottom of the TV and can read road signs at a much greater distance. Due to the test glasses working so well, I ordered regular glasses off the Internet which I'm currently waiting on. Thanks EyeQue!

I was able to get glasses that are good at distance but not anything within 10 feet. In all fairness it may have been user error. My test results were very inconsistent so it averaged them the best it could.

Taking a look at your results, the inconsistency was, in part, due to the change in your phone's resolution. What good is it? Your advertising implies you can buy prescription glasses on line, you can’t.

To Whom It May Concern, Thank you for your feedback; we are sure that any of our advertisements state that your EyeGlass Numbers are not a prescription (and it's one of the reasons we call our results EGNs). There are online retailers such as EyeBuyDirect, Zenni Optical, or Coastal Eyewear that will make glasses from our EGNs. We also offer what we call Try-On glasses that can help you see if your EGNs work for you. If you'd like to learn more, please contact support if you need further help.

They stopped responding to emails the moment I said I want to return the kit and get a refund. So much for 30 days money back guarantee. I have done close to 30 tests with this device and none of them gave me a result. I kept corresponding with the support team for weeks and they had nothing new to offer. I followed what ever they asked me to do to a t, and still couldn’t get a test result. Then I said If this is not working, I will return the device and take the refund. They immediately stopped responding to my emails. I have sent follow up emails and no response, such an irresponsible company.

Dear Rifad, Thank you for your feedback; an agent should have reached back out to you about your results. There are some trends about your data that we noticed and one of the issues is the spread of data. If your spread is too high or inconsistent, then you will not receive EyeGlass Numbers. For any user, the tighter the spread is the better the results will be. If you have tests, for example, that range with spheres from -2.00D to +2.00D, that means that the data is not reliable to create EGNs from. Our agent will go further into this with you as we do not want to discuss your specific results publicly.

I am getting no return emails. Product I ordered has misleading information.....I could have saved 55 bucks by ordering a 5 dollar test chart. Product is the Insight.........you can't even order the rest glasses from it......which is advertised for.

The Insight is described as a Visual Acuity device, not a Refraction device as described on our product pages. We make sure that the information that is presented to the customer is not misleading. A VisionCheck or Personal Vision Tracker will measure your eyes for EyeGlass Numbers, the refractive error of your eyes. Please respond to the agent when you can so we can help you further.
