I had a great experience using the EyeQue Verai Device. I got a prescription that I trust is correct. My recent eye exam with an Optometrist took about 5 minutes, looking at blurry letters. I told the Optometrist I couldn't see the letters clearly, but he continued to show me more blurry letters. The prescription the Optometrist gave me is not even close to what I got the last time I had my eyes checked. I took my time and learned to use the EyeQue Verai Device correctly. I took several tests of both eyes. The final results were consistently close to my current eyeglasses prescription.

I found it hard to believe I could get a prescription without leaving my house, but it’s a great process! I have really bad anxiety and Eyeque was really the only thing I could find. They send you a few eye pieces which attach to your phone, and this is how they test your vision and send you a pair of glasses in the mail. Nerissa was excellent (customer service via email). Overall, a great experience and I’m a very happy customer !

Getting to the optometrist is annoying but the folks at EyeQue have figured out how to make it happen at home. Their VERAI technology has an actual physician monitoring things each step of the way. You receive a special device that straps to your smartphone screen and then use their web app with the device to measure your eyes' strengths and weaknesses. You then get a try-on pair with your new prescription to wear around the house, at work, shopping, etc. The VERAI tech includes a second device that you can use for quickly checking your vision over time. EyeQue will have you use this other device to ensure the try-on lenses are giving you good visual acuity. If all that works out, the doctor will sign-off and you've got a brand new prescription that you can take virtually anywhere. This service is ideal for busy folks or shut-ins (and I happen to be both!) and I really appreciate it. Now if only EyeQue had dental technology too!

I had a great experience with EyeQue. Their customer support was incredibly helpful throughout the eye exam process and made everything easy to understand. Even better, my new glasses prescription turned out perfect. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a convenient and accurate way to check your vision at home!

Verai EyeQue isn’t ideal for international customers like me. You don’t get the same services, there’s no option to have the try-on glasses shipped to you, to check if your eye measurements are accurate, and you’re left on your own with the risk of buying a product without control over the results. If the measurements are wrong, it could impact your health. I asked for reimbursement, I was told I won’t get all money back and still waiting for their confirmation. If you’re an international client, don’t waste your time and money.

funciona bien. medida miopia y astigmatismo en grado bastante alto 6 dioptrias en un ojo y 4 en el otro y 1.5 de astigmatismo y ha devuelto correctamente los valores. es necesario adaptarse al aparato y enfocar la vista con los dos ojos en la imagen de fondo para que los valores sean correctos. probado con el visioncheck 2. de lujo. La medida pupilar con las gafas perfecto tambien. La seccion de la medida de presbicia en la app no se abre, al entrar en esa seccion la app se cierra y no deja medirse la presbicia.
