I won’t lie, I was skeptical, but I figured anything was better than nothing and I have been without a prescription for three years. I was impatient and didn’t even do additional testing. I ordered my first pair of glasses off my first complete test series. I got my glasses today, and I can see details that I haven’t seen in years. Unbelievable, but perfect!

EyeQue overall has been an easy experience from ordering to taking the tests at home to ordering test glasses. The test glasses even proved the recent prescription less than a month old had room for improvement. What I really liked about this, I could take my time, take the tests multiple times and review the results on my own time. EyeQue and the test glasses confirmed that the Axis for astigmatism correction had room for improvement over a traditional glasses prescription which I will be taking my eye doctor to get them to agree to the correction. I could not get the EyequeVisionCheck to go past the test stage. I could not see the red and green lights in the left eye to get them to blend to yellow. I tried a couple of days with no support. I sent it back.

Dear Judy, Thank you for your feedback, we appreciate all that we receive. Your original email was received by our support team on the 21st and answered on the same day with tips on how to see the lines on the device. It could have been because of positioning of the device, the resolution of your smartphone screen or even pressing down on the sensors instead of laying the pads of your fingers on the buttons. The same day you did respond back to the agent that you had already returned the device. While we were prepared to help you further, no further support was required since you sent back the device.
