Hello Karen, Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear you experienced a bit of difficulty during the test. However, after reviewing your results, they were fairly consistent, with the exception of the first test, which is expected due to inexperience with the device. There is a message on the screen when reviewing your individual tests, notifying you that it is normal to see a variation of 0.25D-0.75D between tests, and that these measurements are not your EyeGlass Numbers (EGN). Your EGN is an aggregate of all of your valid tests, and this measurement is displayed on the dashboard of the app. Please feel free to contact our support team with any additional questions or need for assistance.

Hello Leta, We are sorry to learn that the VisionCheck did not produce usable results for you. It is possible something as simple as holding the device at an angle or looking into the device incorrectly can affect your results by as much as 1.0 diopter. One of our support reps will be reaching out to you separately to offer more in-depth assistance, if he/she has not already done so. We will also send you a prepaid return shipping label to send the unit back, should you opt for the return.

Hi Phill, Thank you for your feedback; we cherish all that we receive whether it's negative or positive. I believe you are talking about the Try-On Glasses which are made specifically for distance vision (meaning near or far sighted vision). If you are starting to not see things up close as well, a pair of reading glasses (for reading), computer (for mid) or bi-focals (combined distance and reading) will help with the near vision issues that you are experiencing. We hope to offer other versions of Try-On Glasses in the future, but currently only off distance vision Try-Ons. If you need anything else from us, please contact our support team.

Hello Ernesto, Thank you for your review - I will pass your suggestion to our dev team for consideration. I did notice your resolution is not set to maximum - this may affect your results. Please force close the app, change your screen resolution to WQHD+, then reopen the app and complete a few tests. Please contact our support team - they can inactivate your previous tests for you, and review your new tests when you're ready.
