Hi Sean, Thanks for your reply. I checked your account and notice there was only one test taken. In order to generate your measurements, you will need to take 3 full tests. So if you take two more tests it will allow show you your Sphere, Cylinder, and Axis for both of your eyes. Please let me know if I can help with any other questions or concerns you may have. Hi Monte, we appreciate you giving EyeQue a try. While the test is longer for first time users (about 20 minutes), it does get easier and faster as you go - similar to learning how to ride a bike. A few tips that can really help are to take the test sitting down with your elbows resting on a table. Also, increasing your screen brightness will help improve visibility. Some phones do not not auto adjust their brightness for our app. If you have the VisionCheck, we strongly recommend taking the practice session before getting started. Hi Ron! Thank you so much for letting us know about this. What could have happened is that the serial number was input into the wrong app. If you have the: Personal Vision Tracker (small black device) - search and download the "PVT" app VisionCheck (small white device) - search and download the "EyeQue VisionCheck" app EyeQue Insight (larger binocular device) - search and download "EyeQue Insight" app PDCheck (white frames) - search and download "EyeQue PDCheck" app Hopefully this will get you squared away.
