Great video and the voice instructions! I will do a second test to see how close they match. My eyes did get tired, but they get tired at the eye doctors too!

UPDATE: Total nonsense reaction on this forum from supplier: I followed their instrictions, same result: no access. Reported to their support: confirmation email received: "we will contact you next business day" NOTHING HEARD STAY AWAY FROM THIS BIG SCAM COMPANY 1 Star because there are no ZERO stars. Horrible product, horrible software, horrible support. Cannot return, paid customs alread yso I lose always. WATCH OUT FOR THIS SCAM

The quality of the iPhone app is so low it makes the product nothing short of unusable. The UI is extremely bad: nothing aligned, labels unevenly spread across the screen, colors are random and overall it is an eye bleach to anyone who has ever used an iOS device.

I really wanted this to work. I was so excited for the convenience and privacy of a home vision test. Besides who really enjoys visiting any doctors office for anything? But when I tried it out, the test was not only cumbersome and wildly annoying to take, it also takes a LONG time to Process each test. And you need to take three tests to get a composite average for a prescription. So, when all the numbers come out so varied and off by an average of 1-2 points, how many tests do you continue to take to get them accurate? 10? 20? I mean who has the time and patience ? And in my case the the headaches from concentrating on those tiny little annoying lines was not worth it. I regret the time wasted bc I persisted through ten or more tests! I went to the optometrist to get a prescription which I should I have in the first place. They should make the test with letters instead of those maddeningly frustrating lines that you merge together! Like what are we doing really? If you move your eye or the device a half millimeter the lines are off. How others actually got permanent eye glasses or contacts with this prescription is beyond me.

The product is a little fiddly but after you use it a while it works fine. The results I got were very accurate and I am pleased with the glasses I ordered.
