I so wanted this to work...

I so wanted this to work. I'm home bound and going to the Doctor just isn't in the cards right now. I bought EyeQue and after a little getting used to the product I ran a series of tests on each eye. It was not a smooth test. I noticed when I was testing my right eye it seemed to be a little difficult to see the lines turn yellow when they meet, it was not always a strong yellow line, even though I could see the lines were one on top of the other. It gets worse, when testing my left eye i had to tilt the EyeQue just so I could see the lines, I had to tilt the EyeQue devise so much so that I felt I was looking for the lines with my left eye in a cross eyed position. The lines did not give a solid yellow while one on top of the other, even though I could see the lines were on top of each other. But I thought hey, could be me. I ran the test a few more times (struggling to see all the time) and then I ordered my glasses. The glasses just got here today. I have to say they are not anything I can see through. The prescription does not match my eyes, not even close (right or left). So now I have to ship glasses back to Zenni and am without anything but my old glasses. All I can say to anyone using this process, make sure it works easily and that you can see this yellow line they speak of in their directions. I didn't, thinking it was just me, but the prescription is wrong. Now I have to ship the glasses back, and from what I read in their return policy I will not get 100% of my money back either.

I really wanted this to work!
I so wanted this to work! I waited weeks for it to arrive and then had to go to the sorting office to pay a very large import tax , before they would give it to me. Yesterday I spend a couple of hours trying to get a reading then gave up and today I have tried again for an hour . The readings are all over the place from from -1.5 to -5.25 for the same eye. I’m so disappointed. But I’m sure one day they will be able to produce something a lot better

Hi Seng, If the product is being held in customs, you will need to reach out to your location post to pay for any customs that is due to release the product. Once this has been paid for, it will be released. If it continues to be held without payment, it will be sent back. If you do see the product being sent back to EyeQue please contact our support team so we can replace the order for you.

At the moment I am very disappointed…DISAPPOINTED
At the moment I am very disappointed with the Eyeque, the delivery was fine but I cannot get this device to Bluetooth to either my iPhone 7 or my iPhone XR. I followed the directions I’ve deleted the app reloaded it but still no success the first time I even had trouble getting the serial number to sync up with the phone

Hello there, thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that you had difficulty pairing the VisionCheck with your phone. Please note, pairing is done within the app and not through your phone's settings. If you were pairing through the app and it would not pair, we suggest force closing the app first and powering down the VisionCheck. Then, re-launch the app for a new connection and re-try the pairing process via the VisionCheck app again. Please contact our support team if you continue to experience issues pairing.
