App on my phone said that "It's time to…
App on my phone said that "It's time to renew!", so I paid to renew my membership on my laptop because the app wasn't processing the payment via PayPal. When I get back to the phone it's still saying "It's time to renew!". Closed and reopened the app, deleted and reinstalled it... NO CHANGE. This is not something that I should have to call customer support to address!!

The accuracy is WAY off
The accuracy is WAY off on the cylinder! My prescription has been between -4.0 and -4.5 for as long as I've been keeping records, But after 4 tests with the EyeQue, it says it's -3.0. That's at least a 25% deviation from ALL my prescriptions for the last 10 years, that includes the one from a very reputable optometrist last year. I decided to take a chance and order glasses with -4.0 cylinder as I just broke my backup pair and the new one came out just fine. I completely regret purchasing The EyeQue.

Hi Mitch, we understand that in the past, you’ve had -4.0 cylinder. However, astigmatism can change over time. That's the beauty of our product is that it can track these changes in real time! It works but get the slightly more expensive unit. Manual pvt is too hard for average.
Like concept but I do not recommend older manual unit. Also not for children or elderly. Too complex. I figured it out, older manual pvt. Took test 5 times to get average. Ordered glasses from Zenni, work fine.
