I was nervous about the learning curve needed to use this device. However, after the first 3 tests, it was much easier to use and I feel pretty confident. Due to user error, however, I had to reach out to support; excellent customer service, Nerissa was so helpful and assuring. Am awaiting my online glasses now. Am hopeful, but either way, the minimal cost of the device I ordered was totally worth it. This could be a game changer, folks. UPDATE 8/18/20: I just received my first "User Did It Right This Time Using EyeQue" Zenni eyeglasses. I am almost 65 (no Medicare just yet), wear bifocals, have a 6+ years old prescription that was becoming useless as my eyes have obviously changed...a lot. I bought the EyeQue as an inexpensive option to hopefully get a pair of glasses I can actually see out of until Medicare and eye HEALTH issues are addressed, if/as needed. SUCCESS! I am over the moon and headed to Zenni right now to place an order for more pairs. To quote some overly-dramatic actor somewhere: "I can see! It's a miracle!"

I recently used Eyeque to test my vision and get numbers to purchase eyeglasses online. I was not able to get an optometrist appointment due to Covid restrictions. The eyeglasses that I purchased from Eyebuy Direct feel great. I had to test myself many times to get a repeatable set of numbers. At this point I am very happy with the numbers that ordered my glasses to.

I received a bad unit. No one ever responded when I emailed. On chat, I was promised that a new unit would be sent out as soon as they saw from the USPS that I had shipped it. That didn't happen. I sent another email asking about this but never got a reply. Update July 21, 2020. The only way I am able to access help from them is via chat. I was supposed to receive a new unit last week but now there is a problem with UPS. I still have not received a unit. UPS was supposed to contact me 4 hours ago but that hasn't happened. This was per an email from EyeQue. Whether it's EyeQue's or UPS's fault, who knows. I still don't have a unit...

I keep trying to reset my password and it says your email address and I never get a email to reset it.

It did take a little while to learn how to use eyeque vision check. I had to learn to look at something in the distance and to see the merged lines as yellow. After trying different things i was able to see the power on(red light) of my tv to train the other eye on and the black screen helped me see the edge of the yellow bar(neither blue nor red at the edge), I ended up doing 15 tests before i was confident of the result. I have now received my $19 glasses with my eyesight numbers and the result is spectacular. The results were better than the last optometrist's rx i had a few years ago.

Not worth the price. Returned after one day.
