Monster Device
I truly do not understand your computer program. Time after time, I run into a dead end. I follow the instructions as closely as I can. I simply get know where. I plan a entire evening to work with EyeQue, and I end up so discouraged that I want to take my cell phone and computer, just throw them out. Here is one point that really makes me upset. I watch the video and get ready to practice with EyeQue. The video does not really show where to exactly mount the VisionCheck Device on my cell phone; therefore, I cannot complete a practice test. I am a bit confused because in the Air Force I worked on the F-16 complex weapons systems I have not given into this VisionCheck device yet. In fact, I will charge it until I get right or customer support gives me the solution to make it work in my favor. Lastly, I wander can I get the same results with the Smartphone Vision Screener?

Hi there! Thank you for your feedback. Sorry to hear that you've encountered a roadblock with the VisionCheck. In the tutorial, at about 1 minute and 40 seconds in, the video shows you how and where to attach the VisionCheck to your phone. Once you complete the video and proceed to the practice test, you will see the dotted outline that was mentioned in the video, and there is also an animated illustration demonstrating how to attach the VisionCheck. As for the Insight, it does not provide measurements for corrective lenses. The Insight is used for screening your visual acuity, or if you see 20/20 or not. If you are still experiencing trouble, please contact our support team for additional assistance. We're here to help!
