Hi there, Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry the PVT did not work for you. There are various reasons why one cannot see both lines - it can be how you are looking into the device (sometimes people turn their head when they look into the device without realizing it), if the angle that you are holding the PVT is skewed vs straight, small pupils, screen light is low, resolution is incorrect, or if there is a pre-existing condition that affects your vision. While our products work for most, we are aware it may not work for everyone. Although you reached out to support, I'm sorry you were still unable to see both lines. We appreciate your effort and will take this experience to our dev team to help improve our products.

Hello there, Thank you for your feedback. I'm glad the EyeGlass Numbers brought you sharp vision, but sorry that it isn't quite where you needed it to be. After taking a look at your results, the right eye had more spread between tests - I'm guessing that was the eye that wasn't so great with the glasses? Please contact our support team at your convenience - we'd love to help you refine your results, and/or arrange for a return.

Hello there, Thank you for your feedback. Since the VisionCheck is a self-administered tool, there are many variables that can cause discrepancies in your measurements and/or difficulty completing the test itself. We are sorry the VisionCheck did not work for you, but we appreciate you giving our products a try.

Hi there, Thank you for your feedback! There is a bit of a learning curve with the PVT for some, I agree. Once you have a good understanding of the test, it becomes easier. Your tests results are fairly consistent; only a few tests were removed as they were outliers and skewed your results. I did notice your tests were completed in zoom mode, which may/may not affect your results. If you are willing, please remove the zoom mode and complete 3 additional tests to generate a new EyeGlass Number (we can inactivate the previous measurements if they are off in comparison). If you'd like to send us your try-on glasses, we're happy to exchange them with another pair with your new EGN. Please contact our support team so they can send you a prepaid return shipping label.
