Hello there, Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that you weren't too pleased with the results from the PDCheck. However, from what you are describing, it sounds like you may have been trying to adjust the targets by using your finger and dragging them, instead of using the arrows, which move the targets incrementally. If you didn't see the arrows, please check to see if your phone's display is on zoom mode, or you can also try deleting the app and reinstalling it. Hello there, Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with customer support. After checking the communication history, there was only 1 occasion when you were asked to wait a little longer for the item to arrive. Unfortunately, the only information we have regarding your order is the information provided when the shipping company/courier scans the tracking number. The updated link to track your order was provided in a previous email. After checking the status, your package arrived at the Heathrow Worldwide Distribution Center earlier today.
