Amazing product and support. I was able to get the measurements of SPH and CYL, AXIS and have glasses made. The results were excellent. I have moderate astigmatism (-1.75) and the glasses appear to correct it very well. Email support was excellent as well when I ran into a few issues with the phone app. Googling for answers also helps. Overall I am very satisfied with the VisionCheck product.

Hi William! Thank you for your review - I'd say you hit the nail on the head with your comment about how it takes patience to generate reliable measurements. Instant gratification would be great, but rushing through the tests would not result in the most accurate correction. Hello Jacques, I'm sorry to learn that you did not feel your question was answered. EyeQue is now offering end-to-end vision service, where you can use the Personal Vision Tracker or VisionCheck for generating refractive measurements, then consult with an Optometrist to obtain a prescription for glasses. I been sending emails with no response! It doesn’t work. There is no power! It won’t charge. I want a refund.

Hello Annette, I'm sorry we were not able to respond in a timely manner. In the auto responses sent out upon receipt of any incoming emails, we did give notice that our team was away attending CES in Las Vegas, and that there would be delays in responses. Now that we have returned to the office, we will be answering all emails accordingly. Apologies for the inconvenience.

I never really got to speak to someone. Your equipment is extremely hard to use. It is not straight forward. No way for me to be consistent from one try to the next. Every try is excruciatingly difficult to perform . Don't remember when I tried so the date below may not be correct
