Many e-mais and messages to cancel my order have been sent and no one even responded... At the end, I had to accept the item, because unfortunately you think foreigners are stupid.... Its on all my social media: do not buy anything from eyeglasses.com, because if you need or want to contact them, just forget... You'll be frustrated.....

The two pair of Dolomiti eyeglasses I …
The two pair of Dolomiti eyeglasses I received were both made with defects. Each pair had one temple not symmetrical with the other. One pair also had a nose piece put in the wrong place. Someone at Eyeglasses should have seen these defects before sending them to me. Eyeglasses did not respond to my email request about how to return the defectively made frames at their expense until I called. Then, the person with whom I spoke was tactless, (most would say rude), saying "people who wear round eyeglasses are very particular." They should also have known the third pair I bought was backordered.

Very happy with my new eyeglasses
Very happy with my new eyeglasses. The customer service was excellent and Mark was very fair with my purchase. The glasses arrived in perfect condition and were just as stated. This is my third purchase of glasses from this company in the last 15 months. Will I purchase again? Yes
