Whatever you need, these folks make it right. I even made a mistake in the Rx and they redid my lenses for free. Have bought three or four pairs in the last two years. No problems.

Contacted by customer service to let me know the color of frames I originally selected was going to be back ordered for two months. They provided an alternative color and arrived within the week.

Smooth transaction. I had no issues with my order. The glasses arrived about two weeks after purchase. Amazing quality. Expensive, but they are worth the price.

This is my fourth order from eyeglasses.com and outside of a faux pas by UPS, the experience has been very good. They are one of the only online Silhouette frame vendors that I am aware of and offer not only the frames but the associated components like Varilux digital lenses, Transitions and Crizal AR coatings, which I have found to be the best for me by far. Yes, even with their 50% discount, glasses like these back be expensive when compared to their competition, but in the long run I only get one set of eyes for my entire life, so how much are they worth? Customer service can be a little frustrating at times, but the end product has always exceeded my expectations and needs. Many thanks to the folks there who take care with the products they produce.

Frames arrived quickly and great! Just as pictured. My son was happy as we were having trouble finding the exact model he wanted in person. This was a great experience for us.

I was able to purchase the same frames I usually get that for my clip sunglasses. I bought the lenses at a local eye doctor, as I found my previous set I bought here scratched very easily.

Nothing unexpected, I shipped my glasses to them and they arrived back in the expected time frame. I did call them to verify they had received my glasses and they answered promptly.
