Love my Tiffany frames

Straightforward ordering process and …
Straightforward ordering process and the package was shipped promptly. The frame color was much darker than what was shown online so I called them asking to exchange it. No problem. They sent the replacement quickly as well.

i found eyeglasses completely honest
i found eyeglasses completely honest. i had an issue with the new frames i ordered. they not only were quick to replace the defective frame but also gave me a refund. not many businesses will go that far. rest assurred i will be using eyeglasses for my future needs and will recommend them to all my friends.

Super slow shipping, poor quality
I placed an order with them and my frames didn't arrive until nearly 2 weeks later. They were in poor condition, temples were crooked and uneven. Had a crusty film of something in the corner of one of the lenses and just felt cheap and not durable at all. Their website is good for browsing but I would order from elsewhere. On the plus side returns seemed easy, which I needed.

Excellent experience!
Very nice company, very satisfactory online service. Ordered a pair of prescription eyeglasses (new frame and lenses) online and, after they arrived, found the fit a bit uncomfortable (just couldn't get comfortable with the nose pads). I called customer service and they couldn't have been more helpful. I was able to use their one time free exchange policy and reordered a new, different frame (without nose pads). Sent back the original eyeglasses and a couple of weeks later......my brand new prescription eyeglasses arrived. The fit was perfect. The eyeglasses are great. Have to admit I was somewhat skeptical about purchasing prescription eyeglasses online but the entire procedure is so simple and easy and customer service couldn't be more helpful, should you need them. So, thank you eyegasses.com. Great job!
