Worst scam ever! I ordered from them last year and they were painfully slow- but this year takes the cake. I’m not sure why I haven’t gotten my glasses- it’s been 28 days and the site says pending. If you don’t need glasses to see- then by all means order from here. If, like me, you need them to function- run far, far away, place in order in another galaxy located in another dimension, run back- and you’ll still have glasses quicker then iconic can make them. Not. Worth. The. Aggravation.

I ordered contacts from here in January. It did take them longer to verify my prescription than I had thought, but that was okay since I wasn't in a rush. It took 5 business days to verify, and 2 business days after to ship. All in all, from the time I ordered to the time I received the contacts took ~2 weeks. Maybe glasses would take longer, but I'm happy I was able to order contacts from here with my insurance and not have to go into a store during the pandemic.

Ordered the glasses on the 26th of December. Okay; cool; 22 day approximate turnaround? A little longer than my optometrist; but okay. Day 22: sorry, your selected glasses have gone out of stock. Choose a pair of the same value. I was using vision benefits, wasn’t quite sure about the price of the glasses I ordered. ....... you couldn’t have figured this out beforehand? Like, by having proper stock? Okay, chose a different pair. Thinking “lenses are going to be made”. Exciting. 10 days later..... still no update. Haven’t shipped. This is the worst experience I’ve had getting anything into my hands.

Still no glasses a month later. First and last time.

I'm hoping for an update on my glasses. Order # EYECMO101047786. I placed my order on 12/29/20 and received an email that my prescription was validated on 1/2/21. Hopefully production is complete and they will be shipping ASAP. Thank you!

Almost 30 days and still no glasses. I paid for expedited processing and shipping which stated guarantee by a certain date. Its now 14 days after the guarantee date. Dont try to call as its normally a 2 hour wait! I understand the pandemic causes delays, its simply being transparent about the timeframe with your customers so they can make an informed decision on where to purchase. Absolutely HORRIBLE service.

Worst company— do not order from them! Have waited hours on hold to get responses to my queries. Weeks for response to email. Still no contacts! So unprofessional! Avoid at all costs!!!

Awful. 3 weeks delayed from the promised delivery date. Frames were not the same as I ordered (thin metal vs nylon so now they fall off my face). VSP insurance didn't take initially so I had to call multiple times to get that cleared up. Why did I use them in the first place? Because they took my insurance. I will never use them again. Thanks Eyconic and VSP (who referred me to them). Terrible service.
