You would not deliver to my PO Box, which is ridiculous. There is no good reason for that.

Not sure if the Dr made a mistake or Eyeconic but Rx is not correct for my 17yo son.

I had to return the glasses as there was some issue with the lenses, I could only see out of the bottom to the lenses. Easy return process! Hoping the new glasses work better for me.

Disappointed in the quality. I ordered these with the option of the most amount of tint (85%) I could choose and they were so light. Apart from that the other issues were that the glasses looked cheaply made and the print was smudged on one side. Personally if I’m spending a good amount of money on prescription sunglasses I’ll be using frequently I’d hope I’d get what I paid for. If I could add pictures I would because trust it was not what I was expecting at all. Also for reference I got the KL6225S. The process was easy but the outcome was disappointing

This company cannot deliver anything on time. Every order is at least a week late. I'm forced to use due to m insurance company but don't depend on their delivery dates. When my tracking number showed the purchase arriving at least a week late, I contacted the Eyeconic. They told me the reason for the delay was I had chosen Ground Shipping and the prescription had to be verified. That was pure bunk because the prescription was on file and already verified. Further, the delivery date was based on Ground Shipping! Eyeconic has all the makings of a shady company. I'll pay out of pocket next time and drop this dubious vendor.

Glasses arrived fast, but my lenses are defective. Everything appears smaller, and there are reflective spots on my lenses. My other pair of glasses with the same prescription has none of these issues.

Excessive markups and hidden upselling - frames are heavily marked up, lens options are restricted and features that add copay are forced AND not shown.

I’m not confident the lens match the prescription. Either that or the progressive lenses are not up to the standard of my current glasses.
