I have been their customer for the 3rd straight year. Buying prescription sunglasses from them which is very high profit margin. This time when i referred somebody - I was suppose to get $10 - I haven't got that. On top of it - my prescription sunglasses took around 4 weeks to be done. Stay away from them - there is no way they are going to see me next year. Worst when i called on 26th Nov 2019, the lady when she is asked some real questions after "How are you doing?" kind of stuff is telling that i am raising my voice. She is making all sort of lousy excuses and have no idea why it's taking so long.

After I scanned and sent my week-old script for contacts, I got an email saying they need to check with Dr, something was questionable.A few days later another email, cancelling my order altogether. NO specifics spelled out as to why. Avoid this place and find a local dispensary like Costco...........

I will not shop at eyeconic or recommend it to anyone. I received the wrong prescription from my Dr and eyeconic said I can return my unused contacts with the proper written prescription from my Dr. I sent them my new prescription and they denied my return because I have colored lenses. They didn't say in the beginning I couldn't return unused colored lenses still sealed. Now they're saying I can't return them and I'm stuck with the wrong prescription contacts and have to repurchase again total waste of time and money. I don't recommend this company to anyone

I've never written a negative review in my life, and I didn't understand why someone would until I experienced eyeconic's customer service today. Worst customer service experience I've ever had, and I used to work in customer service! They have no sense of duty to their customer. Shameful.

I've been trying to order a pair of contacts, but to much avail. This company will not: a) answer their phones b) respond to my emails c) chat (chat room appears to be void of employees) d) allow me to upload my vision prescription Is this company a joke??? Are they really existent? If you had a spot for ZERO stars, or even a negative star(s), that's where I would align these folks!
