I received my order, but the lens wasn't installed, and my vision didn't change. So I contacted the helpline and spoke with a representative, and I ended up returning the glasses. I was looking for a positive experience, but it turned out it was not what I had expected. Guess I just ran to my nearest Costco.

There was a mistake made with my glasses prescription. Both lenses are off in the axis and I am unable to wear them. I sent an email to you to have it fixed and have not heard from you yet.

Ordered my glasses and uploaded my prescription. Then they send me an email requesting my script, uploaded it AGAIN to receive ANOTHER email requesting my script another 2x. I literally said for Christ sakes, you have my Dr information and it's been a week and my glasses were supposed to be delivered already and you are going back and forth over a script I sent 4x!! Canceled my order and will NEVER order from them again. Do NOT recommend this company

Too much confusion with the online eye exam otherwise besides that the eye glasses are good.

Worst return experience ever. Supposedly they never got my return even though it was scanned with their UPS label at the UPS store which they should be able to check. I didn’t find out until months later when I tried to order a new pair and my insurance was declined since it was used on the order I thought was returned. Now I’m out the cost of the glasses and can no longer use my insurance discount on a replacement pair. Customer service was rude and told me to find my drop off receipt (which I obviously don’t have for months ago).

I would NOT recommend this company I have been wearing contact lenses for over 25 yrs and Never have i experience such negligence and hostility ONE entire box was Defective A Clear FDA Adverse Event to be remediated and reported Mason ET al were so very rude insults ing me YOU can never get them to reply in timely manner on emails " TOO busy overwhelming emails " yet it is late at night I requested a replacement They are NOW not getting back to me nor filing iwth FDA the entire box reddened and inflamed my eyes I wear same size strength on both eyes. I spent over 12 hour on this to NO avail With Mason snapping at me WELL MS CUSTOMER . we will not help you holiday Labor Day Weekend MY eyes are so harmed by this defect I cannot wear contacts not until i heal Again an Advers e reaction Event for the FDA to know about and to replace this box that harmed both eyes Again I do not recommend this company hard even on initial order and MASON was so very rude another rep kept telling me to call her but would NOT take my calls. FDA notified it was a BAD box lot and they did nothing to help which is against FDA medical regulations

I have had an issues with my glasses. They were fast to go through the process of proving who I am and that I purchased from them. After that I sent photos and no response. I have emailed monthly for 4 months. No response. I will not be purchasing from them again even if I have to pay out of pocket.
