Order # EYECM0101071871 Same as everyone else..........34 days. No update or communication of any kind. Took my second day shipping money......what a joke. No excuse, COVID or otherwise, just improperly managed business model. Their website claims do not match reality. There should be some repercussions. Never using again.

I knew what I was getting into when I placed my order. The website was clear that there would be an extensive, longer than usual, wait. So I was ready and the experience did not disappoint. The glasses were exactly what I wanted, lenses are perfect and you can't beat the price, especially when applying VSP benefits. This is worth the wait! I would have spent 5 times this cost if I went to Lens Crafters or some other quick turnaround storefront. In a non-Covid world, I'm sure it wouldn't have taken over a month to receive my order, but if you go into this experience with these expectations in mind, I promise you it will be a pleasant one.

Buying glasses on Eyeconic is easy and their website is pretty customer friendly. The ability to link VSP benefits quickly to make your purchase is very convenient. That said, getting glasses from Eyeconic is apparently pretty difficult. I bought my glasses 8 days ago knowing it would take up to 22 business days to receive them based on the posted information on their website. Even if it took another day or two beyond 22 that was going to be fine - you don't buy glasses from this company if you want them quickly. During the pandemic it made sense for me to wait it out. But then I received an e-mail today stating that because of the pandemic glasses may take 32 days to arrive. I'm not great with math but I'm pretty sure the pandemic has been going on for a full year. Another week and a half of not having glasses would have absolutely impacted my decision on how (and where) I made a purchase. Masking up and making appointments to try on glasses in person would have been worth it. 22 days was about as long as I wanted to wait. If my glasses take almost 5 weeks to arrive I won't use Eyeconic again in the future. Why would someone give repeat business to a company that changes their policies after you buy from them? Unfortunately their "sincerest apologies" won't get my glasses delivered any sooner.

EYECMO101071902 I placed my order on January 8, 2021, and my prescription was confirmed on January 9th. I also added the overnight shipment because I broke the glasses I purchased from them in August (during COVID). My August pair took two weeks at the most, so I expected the same results with this order. It is now February 10th, and my status has been the same since January 9th. I called Eyeconic and was told my order should be out for delivery around the 16th unless they have issues with the inspection. I asked her if I could cancel my order, and she said it might not be accepted since my order is due out next week. Oh, but by the way, we will refund you the $18.00 for overnight shipping. Like that's going to make a difference. This is not acceptable, and I've ordered with them on a few occasions. Being a returned customer is definitely not appreciated, and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, Its been a total of 37 days going on 6 weeks. I have not received any updates, NOTHING. I spent extra for faster shipping but evidently that was a waste of money. Good luck trying to reach a person on the phone. Absolutely do not buy from here i wish i would of read the reviews prior to buying. I planned on being without glasses for 2 weeks tops, but 6 weeks is absolutely ridiculous i literally can not drive with out them. If you genuinely need your glasses to function do not order from here you will be blind for 6+ weeks and counting. Order number: EYECMO101072032

Have used them before without issue, normally a couple of weeks. I paid for next day shipping $18.00. Like everyone else "Lab Processing" for the last couple of weeks, not sure why it takes so long, at this point Covid NO LONGER A VIABLE EXCUSE. Order # EYECMO101057104.I received the order today after waiting over a month. But they send me somebody else's glasses. The glass I ordered was a Calvin Klein frame; however I received one with a bebe frame and difference RX. I dont know what to do. I can understand pandemic effect their timeline; but mixing up prescriptions and orders is negligence. Thanks Eyeconic for getting back. Unfortunately i had left with no option but to wait for another one and half months to get my correct prescription glass. I returned the incorrect one. In total over 3 months for a pair of glass which is most essential for my day to day life. I requested refund but i can only get back the money I paid and lost the last years insurance benefit. It is like I am trapped. It was one of my worst decision to go with eyeconic. Will never recommend and and never order again.

40 days and my progressive lens glasses still have not shipped. Initially my expectation was about 2 weeks. Their competitor shipped in 12 days (purchased on the same day). Eyeconic sent an email saying the delay is due to Covid safety. But why tell me after the purchase rather than before? Even now the site says 32 days for progressive, which makes no sense when my progressive lenses have not been shipped at 40 days. There is no other status info on my account online. VSP steered me to this site as a preferred partner. I didn't know they owned the company. Conflict of interest, VSP?
