EYECMO101127229 I placed an eyeglass order on 03/10/2021. I usually spend hours doing research before making and online purchase. But because it was easy to use my benefits I placed an order with no research. After I hit the payment button, something told me to read the reviews. I was like “oh my” this is going to be a circus. I was so wrong. I don’t know if Eyeconic realized how much business they were losing based on reviews, but I received my glasses today. A few days short of the 21 days stated on the website. I’m so happy with my glasses and the case. I ordered MCM glasses, and received a matching case. I definitely will use them again.

I wish there was an option for ZERO stars or a negative star rating. This company really does not care if you are happy or pissed off. Eyeconic sends you a pair of glasses, probably the ones you ordered but not the correct prescription. I spoke with an agent via chat, she gave me many auto-responses. The first was, "We've passed along your concerns to the appropriate department, and we really appreciate that you took the time to leave us some feedback." This statement popped up right after I hit enter. AUTO! BOT! I never received any resolution to my issue, the wrong prescription. Ended up without glasses additional 6 weeks. Eyeconic does not care.

I bought a pair of sunglasses (Police) and they sent me a very ugly case. I email them two times to change the case but they refused. Not happy with them and never purchase from eyeconic.

I ordered glasses from eyeconic on 2/6/21 and received them today (3/3/21). I ordered them before looking at any reviews because my insurance provider recommended them; I'm glad I didn't look at reviews beforehand since they're mostly negative. It seems like the majority of complaints are due to the amount of time it takes to receive an order, but the website clearly states the expected time and notes that the shipping time (4-7 days or however long) is only AFTER the glasses have been made, which makes sense. Maybe I just got lucky, but I'm happy with my new glasses and understood that the shipping was expected to take a bit longer.

Add my voice to the chorus of terrible reviews. I've been waiting since NOVEMBER for glasses that are the right prescription and in a style that I like. You read that right...it's MARCH. I also wonder why I have to keep calling and waiting on hold when the status of my order could so easily be more detailed on the website. All it shows is that my original pair was shipped and delivered; nothing about the replacement order (which was further delayed supposedly because they cracked the frames when trying to fit the lenses in them...ugh...)

I tried Eyeconic this year because I needed to renew contacts and didn't want to spend time onsite at a Vision Care location because of the pandemic. I was nervous about negative reviews but I really struggled to find a place online that accepted my insurance provider (Cigna Vision). I'm happy to say that my experience was great! I signed up with Eyeconic and ordered the same brand of contacts, filling in my prescription details and attaching a photocopy of my prescription. From the time I signed up and placed an order, it took two days to validate my prescription, two days to ship, and only one day to get to me with the fastest shipping method. Having read other reviews I was surprised to find new contacts at my doorstep in less than a week. Here's hoping it's a positive trend. There aren't many options for working with insurance online and I couldn't find any other that was so painless. Next time I need to order online I won't hesitate to choose Eyeconic again!

The website is easy to use, I'll give them that. They have no issues taking my money, but I have not no idea when I will get my glasses. I understand we are in the middle of a pandemic but don't tell us it will ship with 4-7 days when in fact it will be over 5 weeks. They have not notified me of the delay or even when I am supposed to get them. I only used them because they are affiliated with my insurance. Never again!

I ordered my prescription glasses on January 14th. It has now been 42 days and still no glasses. (EYECMO101077454). I realize that COVID and seasonal order fluctuations can impact delivery time, but other companies are not experiencing the same delays. For example, I also ordered some prescription eyeglasses from another company whose name rhymes with "flarby barker". I submitted the order on January 21st and they were delivered on February 1st. I have used Eyeconic because they are one of the few providers of some frames that I like, but I think this will be my last order from them.
