I am waiting on three weeks now on my eyeglasses and still nothing. I keep calling them daily and it is still the same answer of it is in the lab. I would run for the hills from these people if I were you. If it weren't me leaving the country next week, I would cancel my order entirely, but now they have me absolutely screwed. They are the worst company EVER!!!!!! Do yourself a favor and close for good!!!!

Ordered contacts - entered my address correctly, paid, ect ... The contacts were shipped didn't seem to have any problems. Looked online for tracking and noticed they were being returned to sender because of an incomplete address. The customer service agent said that they had cut off the address on accident, and I would have to wait to get it corrected once they made it back to their offices. Asked if there was any resolution, could they ship out another set of contacts? No ... any way I can pay an expedited fee to get them sooner? No.. Went to Nextdaycontacts to place a new order. Don't think I will be coming back to Eyeconic.

A week after placing an order, i received an email stating they could not make my glasses. I sent an email in response, but did not get a reply. I then called to ask about my order cancellation. They stated the lab said they could not make the glasses. Yes, my prescription is relatively strong, but i selected lenses that were appropriate per the website (cylinder is larger than normal). Customer "service" rep just said there were no options for me. So - back to the eye doctor (again) to pick out glasses there.

Warning! Stay away from eyeconic! It's a scam! I have received glasses in a terrible condition. They are completely defected. Their lenses cause headaches and eye strain. The eyeglasses themselves are in terrible shape. Completely defected. The lenses are not even aligned. Terrible! The customer service is even worse. They won't help at all and the representatives are so rude! Do yourself a favor and stay away from eyeconic.

They sent my mom contacts and one of the prescriptions was wrong. We are out of town and she just realized it. Now she cant drive home because she cant send all the contacts back since she only brought one sleeve. Lynn (the only supervisor) said the policy is the policy. Now she cant drive and they wont even fix their mistake in this circumstance. They are not willing to fix their mistake for customer service. They do not understand how a business retains customers trust loyalty and respect and assume it is something that just happens?

I recently ordered from Eyeconic for the first time, by recommendation of VSP. They took my order, spent a week to verify my prescription, and then informed via email that my order would be cancelled due to VSP issues. I called the next day after receiving this email (after calling VSP and verifying my insurance was still valid), and they told me the insurance was accepted and the order would go through. Four days later I get an email saying the order is cancelled. Its now been two weeks and I need to find a new supplier to purchase contacts from. Awful service. In addition, I found their website to be frustrating to use and did not provide all the information I needed in a useful format.

Eyeconic... I really wanted to love and tried to like you...maybe even have a new source for (almost) all things vision related. From the initial order, to my having to seek out updates - the experience has fallen short of reasonable expectations. After being told there was a seven to 10 business day delay, I got an email stating that the factory had broken them while in production. They said there would be an additional delay, yet the very next day (today) they have shipped out. Time will tell if I got an actual new pair or a repaired one that had recently been broken. Two stars is the best I could muster for now. I am not looking for an amazing service recovery, just for this to be made right and have some proactive communication from you. ***UPDATE: Eyeconic has made this right with me, not only by refunding some of my dollars but more importantly admitting that the disconnect was on their end. I would give them another shot.

I bought an item and received it as damaged, called customer care, and explained the issue. I have returned the item as suggested by them. Till now, I haven't received the item it's more than a month. Very bad service and disconnecting the call.
