Ordered on a Saturday on mlk weekend. Received my glasses 7 days later a week before estimated even with everything added on to it! My experience has been nothing but positive with them

Horrible customer service. Horrible policies. Really long time to receive the order after it was placed, but they would not let me cancel because it was “too far along in the process”, even though it hasn’t shipped. The recommendation was to wait for an email next week with shipping information. Receive the shipment. And then return it. If I could give zero stars I would. I’m trapped into using this company because of my vision benefits.

Don't believe their delivery windows for standard or any other speed for that matter. I ordered on 5th and will be here 20th. I called twice and both times told ordered cleared and will be shipped in next 48 hours. BS. I called 10 and 12th. Just shipped on Monday the 16th.

It’s not worth it. You have to wait almost 30 days to get your glasses. You might as well go to a local store.

I've been waiting for my order to ship. When I contacted customer service, they said the contacts were on back order. They never disclosed that when I made the order, or at any other time. That the contacts were not in stock. Thats an unfair practice to take an order for a product you don't have. Also know its generally 2-3 weeks from time you order until time you receive order. Not fast turnaround.

I like the convenience, selection, and the cost. I really do. However, I am really disappointed that I had to actually explain the prescription to them. They sent me the incorrect prescription twice, despite my onsite selection and an extra note the second time. I thought it was me having to get used to the new prescription. I resent the prescription and clearly specified reading glasses. They couldn't read it as written (the local shops seem to understand how to read prescriptions). I had to ask my doctor for a rewritten prescription. Sent that in. They still didn't get it. Apparently SVN isn't in their vocabulary? Isn't it their business to create prescription lenses? I don't know how to read a prescription (although after this, I'm much better) and trusted that they knew what they were doing. Never again.

Order entry was simple and easy. Love the great selection of frames. Fast fulfillment!

The company is keeping the cost of prescription Eyewear down which is so appreciated in this economy. I received a high quality product that fit well in about a week. The technology you use to fit glasses is spot on. My experience here was better than any experience that I've had with an optician.
