It was easy to select and order frame and glasses, and use insurance for part of the costs. It was delivered quickly.

Placed my order on the 19th and was told it would take 24 hours to verify my prescription. Two days later I spoke to another CSR and they told me it should be processed today, orders take AT MOST three days. Two days after that I called to cancel my order because I ordered from 1800 Contacts and already verified my prescription! The guy I spoke to at Eyeconic said, "Is your order on back order? What is going on?" I said I didn't know but I've spoken to several reps and none of them helped me at all. He said they tried reaching out to my eye doctors and they wouldn't send the prescription. I called my eye doctors that morning and asked for my prescription. They sent it to me within 10 minutes so I knew that was not true. They processed my cancelation instantly, but I will never order from them again. So dissatisfied!

Great prices and fast service!

I got the Tech Shield for blue light and it didn't work, but instead gave me crazy blue dots that moved around with the light. I didn't' get a refund for it although they did exchange the glasses for me.

Compatible with VSP which is great

Ridiculous delivery time as they use USPS mail innovations. Package has been in same city for 2 days and no delivery. Don't order from here if you are in a hurry! Customer service did nothing to expedite.

Simple process. Did not take much time.
