The greatest assist
At a time when I really didn’t know which direction to take for getting my credit back in order Extra appeared at just the right time to give me that boost to propel me forward on my credit journey. I’ve come a long way since starting and look forward to continuing business with the company! Great memes btw

I would give extra 5 stars on the…
I would give extra 5 stars on the strength of they are reporting positive payment history to the credit bureaus. I honestly don’t think extra has raised my credit much, I think it raised on its own by making all my other payments on time on schedule. I love the service extra has provided, thanks to the people at EXTRA

Everyday I open the app
Everyday I open the app, it never shows balance or kicks me out . Longer time updating balances. Very slow

It looks like you are on the most up-to-date version of our app, but your connected bank account is experiencing stale plaid updates. We do have an exciting new feature coming very soon that will allow you to update your balance from within the app! If you continue to have run into the issue of being logged out of the app, please reach out to our concierge team and we'll have tech support look into that for you.

Not going to lie to really improve my…
Not going to lie to really improve my credit over the last 3 to 5 months thought it was a joke but it turns out is actually been super helpful.
