I think the concept of the card is… awesome
I think the concept of the card is fantastic and it’s been how I’ve been able to build my credit thus far however it still has a lot of technical bugs to work through and fix

I hate that the customer services care…
I hate that the customer services care is not really good it takes long to get to customer but on the other side I like the card and the service

I haven’t been able to use it really yet. But the customer service is awesome. They are really quick at getting back with you in the chat.

Somewhat Disappointed. I have been using the service for…
I have been using the service for almost a year now and I have yet to see an increase in my score because of it's influence. I use the card for almost all of my purchases. Perhaps I am doing something wrong. For the amount of money I have invested and the amount that has run through the card I expected different results.

Hey Shane! You're definitely not doing anything wrong. As you know, a credit score is very relative to the individual's unique history and there just isn't a one size fits all approach to building overall credit. It can take time for the positive activity of a tradeline to reflect in your overall score. But the foundation is built on positive payment history, and that peice is an easy solve with daily payback structure of your Extra card. Have you checked out our new Credit report feature in the app? It gives you a really thorough breakdown of all the factors that could be driving your score and outlines important things to keep in check while using Extra!

Does not have the inpact on my credit i…
Does not have the inpact on my credit i thought it would, but the annual fee isnt that large so i will keep it around to have that open card reporting.

I can’t see my credit report
I can’t see my credit report, or how i building it i try experian but it dnt show no record, i just wish it’ll be easier to check my credit with Extra.

Difficult set up
I had a difficult time setting the card up with my bank and then it was denied.
