I started the application process but couldn't get past identity verification because the link kept failing. They sent me several links, but none of them worked. I assumed that since they couldn't verify my identity, they wouldn't set up the account. Today I got an email stating I will be charged $20. I contacted chat, and they advised that I have to wait for the charge to go through to close the account, and they will refund the fee. I can't access my account because they haven't verified me, so how can they charge my account???? Sounds like fraud to me.

beware of this debit card if you use it, you have to pay it back right away. If you can't pay it back, they will ruin you. They will make your credit score drop as much as 70 points.

Ich bin extrem enttäuscht von der Extra Kreditkarte. Meine Karte wurde mehrfach von Hackern missbraucht – trotz eingereichter Strafanzeige und Weiterleitung an die Bank passiert einfach nichts! Der Kundenservice ist absolut unprofessionell: Chats werden ohne Lösung beendet, man wird nach dem Motto „schreib eine E-Mail und lass mich in Ruhe“ abgespeist. Für eine Bank erwarte ich Seriosität, Sicherheit und echte Hilfe – leider Fehlanzeige! Seit mindestens einem halben Jahr habe ich keinen Zugriff mehr ! Finger weg von denen I am extremely disappointed with the Extra Credit Card. My card was hacked multiple times, and even after filing a police report and forwarding it to the bank, absolutely nothing happened! Customer service is completely unprofessional: chats are simply ended without any solution, and the only response is basically “send an email and leave me alone.” For a bank, I expect seriousness, security, and real support — unfortunately, none of that is provided here.

They are unwilling to assist with the most basic issues and once you close your account you can never open another down the line which they fail to mention.

I've been messaging and emailing them for 2 days to cancel membership - no one is helping They will be increasing membership from $8 to $20 What kind of a robbery is this?

I feel scammed, this company stopped working with the card "due to supposed improvements" and they ask me to validate my ID and address data again in order to reissue a new card, where they send me a link to do so via email that does not work. It has been 4 weeks since the problem existed and they do not provide solutions, they only say that you have to wait, this seems intentional.

disconnects from my bank the app does not work to reconnect, at allm concierge rude, endless questions no one fixes problem....Awful company....

I Highly Do Not Recommend This it is a waste of $25 a month it hasn't helped my credit score go up at all since I've signed up they don't report to the credit bureau like it says they do. it is a total waste of money! I've had more progress with other credit repair companies at a whole lot cheaper price and i actually see where they report. Extra hasn't helped me at all its a waste of money
