Credit reporting
I haven't seen a reflection of this card on my credit. It has been sending emails that it has been reported to the credit bureau, however I haven't seen it.

Extra reports the total amount spent each month to Experian and Equifax. Depending on where you’re checking, this is not always visible on your end. It is all accounted for in our reporting, but we do not define where or how the Credit Reporting Agencies list or categorize our activities on their proprietary websites. easy to use
easy to use. I just wish my card had the tap to pay.

Thank you for your feedback! While Extra is currently not tap enabled, you can add your Extra Card to Apple Pay or Google Pay for contactless payments. 🎉

Overall experience
Overall experience The folks providing the service, the concierge team members themselves, are doing amazing! They always answer questions fully and go even deeper into problems to find the best possible solutions. The app itself however, and the security behind it, aren't doing so hot. Many who I've talked with, myself included, who use the card experience false security claims at least a couple times a month. Stating there are insufficient funds or unable to process the chargeback or incapability with an account even though there is no issue outside of extra.. Some things need to be adjusted from the inside to help customers.

Hey Roderick! Spend Power, how much you can spend on the Extra Card, is determined by bank balance, pending transfers, and member history. After successfully completing a certain amount of transactions, our system automatically increases your Spend Power.
