I spoke with a customer repp named MAVIRIC..extremely professional and kind. knows all the details of the business, and is conducted as a true professional. As a business owner myself, this representative MUST be promoted to a trainer for the customer service dept ASAP. That will make that promotion alone a major asset to the firm.

The customer service is out of this…
The customer service is out of this world! Quick response time, very nice workers, and typically get any issues I have fixed in no time. If you need to build credit but aren't a credit card person, you need to get Extra.

WORTH THE INVESTMENT
Been a customer for over a year and half now. Very good customer service. Quick and prompt responses. Does what it says! Card very easy and convenient to use! The app is very easy and handy to navigate. I chose the monthly membership plus rewards and the rewards are nice and updated quite often so pretty much something for everyone on there. Has definitely helped my credit than harmed it. Will continue to use in the future

I have had multiple issues with Extra
I have had multiple issues with Extra. I have been dealing with customer services for 1 entire year now regarding cancellation of my account. I have various emails showing communication regarding these issues. I have been told multiple times my account is cancelled, yet I keep getting charge alerts and been charged twice now for a membership fee. Again despite canceling my account. It’s been a very frustrating year. I don’t recommend their services.

Hey Mari. We are incredibly sorry to hear of the difficulty you've had surrounding account closure. It is our policy to effectively cancel an account upon request, and the only thing that would inhibit us from doing so would be if a balance was left unpaid--but even in such a case, you would not incur any additional membership fee proceeding the closure request. Phenomenal phenomenal phenomenal phenomenal phenomenal in five words lol, but seriously if you're looking for a way to raise your credit score without all the headache, check them out!! Hands down hands down best customer service and that beats out Wells Fargo,Chase etc etc etc etc
