I love this service! The customer service is great, the app is easy to use, and I love the that I can turn the card on or off in case I misplaced it. The rewards are pretty neat too.

Great customer service. Fast responses all the time. I love the card features such as points awards that later be redeemed for gift cards or other gadgets. Great tool to improve your credit score as well. 100% recommended.

I was doubtful about EXTRA, but now a days you need credit for everything and even though their membership prices went higher. I’m still a customer. I feel it’s annoying that the spending power and funds in transit don’t happen faster or refresh quicker. In an imperfect world, we work with what we got. However, every time I need something updated such as new number, address, I’m annoyed and want my SP refreshed. Their customer service chat or concierge are swift, friendly and professional. That goes a long way and to know that people are actually doing their job and it’s satisfying to feel that at least by that you’re getting your moneys worth. I feel EXTRA could do some extra stuff like better perks, actualiza and modernize cards and have better connection with bank accounts but we will see what EXTRA has to offer in the near future. Kudos. Mae was awesome, I needed my address and phone number updated, went to use the restroom, by the time I was back, her chat said it was done. That’s what I’m talking about Mae. Thank you and you are appreciated. Keep up the stellar work.

I never felt like someone had my back until I signed up for Extra..I was low on find & they help me get to where I needed to be. I appreciate the people that work behind this app because they understand what it feels like to need just an extra push.
