Shock set in when I began to check in on- line for our cruise embarkation registration. Less than a week before sailing and I discovered both mine and my husband's passports were expired. What to do now? State Department rules said expedited passports would take 3 weeks. This is when Express passport stepped in. We sent in paperwork on a Monday and new passports were in hand by the Wednesday. I chose this company because their website was excellent, explicit with easy to understand instructions.

The express passport rep that greeted me in DC was amazing. Their folks called me immediately & talked me through the whole process. Due to flight cancellations & delays, I missed their morning deadline for my documents, but their rep in DC edited for me, walked me through the passport agency, and got me a passport renewal in 2 hours. Amazing!
