Janessa was TERIFFIC to deal with. She was friendly, accommodating and professional. Based on my experience with her, I would recommend your service. My passport is due to reach me tomorrow; only one day after speaking with Janessa. Thank you.

I must say, their instructions with the documents they send you require you to pay close attention to detail. But if you do that alone, it saves you countless hours. Janessa spent a long time with me on the phone to ensure I didn't make any mistakes. They give you a list of all the closest places to get your passport done at. They even told me which one did not require an appointment. Got my passport back in 24 hrs, literally. I was surprised at the patience Janessa had with me, and how right she was... if I did exactly what the documents said and what she said, everything would work out... and it did. No hesitations from me.

I had my information to Express Passport on the 10th and paid them to expedite my passport in two weeks time as I was leaving to go out of the country on the 7th of the following month. After a long delay and no response from Express Passport I contacted the State Dept. directly. They indicated my packet did not include a signed release from express passport with their contact info on it. After getting poor information from Express Passport and re-phoning the State Dept. I had to overnight another form at my expense. The State Dept received my information but NO EXPRESS PASSPORT to pick up my passport and get it to me. Which of course I had already paid for. Many phone calls and emails and still no response from Marion at Express Passport or anyone else. When I finally spoke with someone from E.P she had every excuse as to why this was not her problem. When I asked her what it actually was that this company did she hung up on me! Now the companies mailbox is full and I am canceling a trip that has been planned for many months. Save your money! This company is a ripoff!!

Please follow our simple renewal directions correctly to make things go smooth next time when renewing a passport. Your process had 2 issues when you sent in the docs for processing. 1st issue was that you used some kind of PC software to sign the DS82 form electronically instead of printing and signing it with a ink pen. Next time when filling out any type of official Government forms please sign your name with a ink pen. The 2nd issue you had was that you did not send in a original signed Letter of Authorization, but instead a photo copy. All forms must have original signatures. These rules are set by the US Department of State, and not our company. The clients that follow our simple checklist directions are happy and get their passports on time.

I wouldn't recommend using this company. You can't renew the passport through this company. The money charged is for handling & shipping (a $50 shipping fee!!), but they don't handle anything. Their "terms" state you can't get a refund even when you discover they aren't providing the service you thought you were getting. Save your money and renew with the government.

Not sure what you are talking about on your review but our company definitely processes U.S passports at the Department of State. We are a U.S. Department of State registered courier service that expedites US Passport applications. The 50 dollars shipping charge is for 2 FEDEX overnight labels to send in docs for processing and to send the completed passport back to you. Our prices per FEDEX label are discounted. If you go directly to FEDEX and buy an overnight shipping label you will pay over 32 dollars for each shipping label for a total cost of 64 dollars.

I would reccomend this service to my closest friends and family. I originaly went to the passport office and left when they said i had to wait 2 weeks jist to get an appointment to turn in the application. I was one of over 80 people turned away after waiting 2 hours in line. 7 days later i am holding my new passport. Thanks again for the excellent support.

I misplaced my passport and you guys were wonderful in helping me to replace it. You said it would come Wednesday and there was the Fedex packet at my door on Wednesday afternoon. Thank you so much.
