The flexibility of the platform and branding has been great.

I have really enjoyed my overall experience with exercise.com. They have been good to work with. Sometimes it takes awhile to get answers from support. Or we get conflicting messages or answers. I wish sometimes wish that we had someone who was over our account that could do weekly calls with us. They did that when we first updated our account and when we first joined, but we were doing a huge transition and we were told that weekly calls were only for new accounts.They made some exceptions but it would still be nice to have more zoom calls to have more questions answered instead of waiting for support. But everyone is always kind and trying their best to help.

Exercise has been good for our next stage of operations at our gym. It has helped us jump in terms of professionalism. There were some hiccups in the beginning with the migration process. And the initial set up was difficult. Once we got our Account Manager, Abbie, a lot of our worries went away, as she came in and helped immensely. Being very proactive on our behalf and fixing issues and questions within minutes of me sending the email.

The first integration for one of my gyms was flawless. The second integration was a disaster that cost me $15,000 in RECOGNIZED Revenue. To this day whenever they push a version upgrade, it messes up the only stable part of the platform

Our experience at Exercise.com has been terrible. There is no clear line of communication, they are slow to fix any issues, the employees on staff have too much on their plate and can't manage their clients. Our app and migration process was delayed and still has issues. I don't even have a rep to get ahold of as he went on vacation.

Kori has been knowledgeable and patient through out our app build! Can count on great notes, links, and tools to help me along the way! She never made me feel old or stupid.
