Our experience with Exercise.com has been fine so far, but the customer service we received throughout the process of migration was truly exceptional. Any questions we had were answered quickly and thoroughly, which has been crucial during setup and going live. Consolidating software platforms is never an easy feat, but the Migration, Implementation, and Success team went above and beyond to ensure the software was tailored to our specific needs. We can't recommend them highly enough!

Exercise.com has streamlined my business by putting everything in one platform, working with clients, tracking and managing leads, being able to follow up with leads, and allowing a better user experience for my clients to do their programs while also keeping them accountable. I've also worked with a great client success manager, Doug. He always meets with me whenever I'm having trouble with something, whether it's in regard to tech, if I forget how to do something, or a new process, or just giving me business advice on how to grow my business. I can't thank him enough.

Going through this pilot experience has been wholly positive. I now know more about the system. I understand how to best implement the tools given through exercise.com in order to make the experience for the client fully personal. Abbie Sexton has been amazing leading us through this experience.

Moving a few hundred member accounts over here was a nightmare the first week. Complete mess. Abbie jumped on calls with us and hammered out the database issues before our 5 AM lifters walked in. The admin dashboard is clunky as hell, honestly. But the branded app doesn't crash on the floor, and it finally got my coaches off clipboards and spreadsheets.

My experience has been great. Doug has really helped me navigate the system, giving me the tools to easier understand the software so that I can spend more time running my facility!

Errors in Exercise.com’s system resulted in numerous clients being removed from my app, their groups or their subscriptions. Exercise.com left it to me to investigate, identify the affected clients and add them back. That took several hours of my time. For clients the system removed from their subscriptions, I now have to manage things manually. This has created ongoing work for me on top of the original disruption. I previously used Passion.io. When serious errors occurred on their side, they waived my fees. Exercise.com, however, declined my request for compensation despite the impact on my business and the work required to fix it. If an error can remove your clients from the app and leave you to find and restore them yourself, think carefully before building your business on Exercise.com.

We have used exercise.com for almost 3 years now and still loving it. They are constantly working on and releasing updates so there are way more features now than when we started - things I never even would have though of -- but that have been very helpful. The entire platform can be white labeled and designed to fit your business, logos, colors, branding etc which helps level up your business and the CX. Can't recommend this business and platform enough!
