I hired Exact Data to find new contacts…
I hired Exact Data to find new contacts for companies that have been with us for a long time. I spoke with a representative and I explained after COVID, we lost a lot of our contacts. He explained their process and extensive list of contacts. So I went forward and received the list back with a 25% success rate of matching. I reviewed my contract and emails with him, and no where did it say they will probably have a low success rate. I feel like it was a bait and switch from the sales pitch to what was received. Not recommended.

Thank you for taking the time to review Exact Data, RJ. We apologize for your experience with us and the low success rate that was ultimately delivered to you. Our goal is to provide a seamless and successful process when obtaining contacts for our customers—which clearly did not occur in your case. We strive to ensure our customers have plenty of detailed information before making their decision, so they know exactly what they're getting prior to ordering. We will certainly review the communications in this particular instance to ensure all relevant details were included in the written exchange. Once again, I apologize on behalf of the company for any frustration this has caused you, but thank you for bringing it to our attention as feedback like this helps us learn and improve where needed.
