Purchased a list
Purchased a list, which turned out to be almost 30% incorrect. Which in turn had my CRM and email servers label the campaign as spam/fraudulent. When I brought up the issue, no resolution or help was given...even after 1 month of follow ups.

We apologize that our team failed to assist you in resolving this issue and we will certainly take steps to ensure something similar does not occur in the future. Our goal is to ensure our customer’s satisfaction every time they purchase a list from us, so knowing where we missed the mark helps us adjust and improve accordingly.
