SCAM ALERT
SCAM ALERT! STAY CLEAR. This company is a joke, I spoke to an agent named Amanda B who wasted time I did not have to waste. I requested to purchase 20k leads and they refused to sell them to me after dragging me through there little sales process. my guess is they don't have the lead i wanted. this is likely a multi-marketing scam rather than an actual data broker. they have no ready list for download like most sites do and no inventory on their website, its just a sales funnel trap so they can waste your time and money. first red flag is they only have 76 reviews which is nothing for a company that has supposedly been in business for as long as they claim to be. Most the good reviews are obviously fake. I wish scams like this would just disappear, we have lost so much time and money because of fake companies like these. Even though they have an A- on the BBB they have so many complaints I'm surprised the AG has not shut them down. Read there complaints on the BBB and tell me this company isn't a scam. Good luck out there.

Jason Dale did an excellent job walking us through our options. We ended up with a bigger list than we'd anticipated—and we're confident the extra names will make a real difference.

I was promised emails and cell phones…
I was promised emails and cell phones of Human Resources people. This dragged out for a week and when I called to find out what happened with my order after I paid, I was told that what I was promised could not be delivered. Very unprofessional treatment and the person whopromised this to me was out of office for Thanksgiving leaving me unattended and very unhappy.

This company is selling bad data.
This company is selling is poor data. I purchased a test of 1,000 + contacts. Roughly 95% of the emails are Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo etc. only a handful are actually domain specific and those that are = info@ or Sales@. We are a small company and its companies like Data Axle / Exact Data that makes it very difficult for small agencies and businesses to survive. I am very disappointed in this company’s service.

Senior Marketing Manager
I got bounced around between 3 people before my request for a list received attention. Then the 3rd person took over a week to respond. She was very short and unprofessional, and didn't provide any strategic guidance even though she has an Account Strategist title. This is the 2nd time I purchased a list from your company, and the first experience wasn't much more pleasant. I felt more like a nuissance to the support team than a customer.
