Jason was quite knowledgeable & easy to talk to on what we were looking for. Unfortunately our Company received a few quotes on Lead generation companies & went with another provider. I did appreciate the follow up & attention to detail.

The list I was promised and paid for never arrived. I was told a "ticket was opened to find out why" the list was so drastically incomplete but there has been no follow-up or response to my inquiries. I will not use this service again and will share my experience with others in my network. **UPDATE** The company reached out to resolve the problem and the matter. They listened and backtracked to see where the fit falls were. Ultimately, they remedied the situation to my satisfaction.
Response from Exact DataJun 30, 2023
Rae Ellen, we apologize for the inconvenience and that we let you down. Delivery of the complete list you requested in a timely manner is always our goal. It's concerning to hear that our team failed to follow up with you as promised. We strive for excellent customer service and it's regrettable that we did not meet your expectations. We would like to make sure that appropriate action is taken, a member of our leadership team will be reaching out for additional information with the goal of resolving this issue for you. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.
