We were able to check and can confirm that the email containing the SMS setup was sent to the email address on the eVoice account. Please chack the spam/junk folder. Hello Michal - Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you experienced extended hold times. This is not a normal customer experience. However, from time to time, we do experience higher-than-normal call volumes, which may lead to longer-than-normal hold times. We regret that you had to experience this.
