I tried other programs for my DR with no success, and found those apps/programs difficult to follow. Not only is EM very user-friendly, but I've also made great strides in improving my DR! My journey isn't over in healing my DR, but I like the EM team a lot and feel like they have my back (and belly!) even though I've never met them.

I enjoy the workouts but I have not seen any changes yet, my program is 12 weeks i hope to see something by then

At age 72 having had 4 children and a DR since the first pregnancy that caused folks to ask if I was pregnant again, I was skeptical when my daughter so highly recommended EM. I had gone to a surgeon to investigate surgery and found it to be more major and invasive than I wanted. After having done the Reclaim Classic twice and the Reclaim Classic 2 once faithfully for a year, the results have been impressive, now longer classified as a DR!!! I have increased flexibility, less aching of joints and overall firmness of muscles that I have not had in years. Thank you so much, Leah and team, for an absolutely terrific program which i can very highly recommend!!!

It works, it really does. Give it a try! One important thing though - you have to be consistent. I started the program shortly after giving birth. I had what in my opinion is serious separation of the muscles - 3 fingers of separation. However, with two kids in the house, breastfeeding, and a million other things to do, I was very inconsistent. A year later, I still had my muscles separated. I became more determined and regular a few weeks ago. Only after several weeks of following the program every day, my muscles are almost completely back. It is amazing! Only if I could find more time a year ago.. the app also has other exercises such as yoga, which I have recently started exploring. I strongly recommend it!

After months of asking doctors and knocking doors, and receiving answers like “it is normal to have a mummy tummy”, I found this wonderful place! I’m on my way to get back my flat tummy again and most important, my confidence.

I've noticed a great difference in my core as well as my pelvis. I enjoy the assigned videos every day because it gives me clear guidance and direction.
