This company is operating against FTC legal requirements to send a reminder prior to auto-renewing. They are legally required to notify you 15-45 days prior to billing you an auto-renewal and they do not. I just realized I'd been charged two YEARS in a row. I emailed today for the charge that occurred yesterday and was told by their AI agent that I was out of luck. I have filed a complaint with my state AG as well as the FTC. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP WITH THIS COMPANY. There are other free resources available that will not fraudulently charge you.

**BEWARE OF OVERLAPPING ANNUAL…
**BEWARE OF OVERLAPPING ANNUAL CHARGES.**
I was charged $119.40 for an annual membership in April 2024 — and then charged AGAIN for another annual membership ($104.40) in September 2024, only five months later, while my first annual membership should still have been active.
I only discovered this after questioning my latest renewal and looking through my billing history. I’ve also been charged annually since 2021 and don’t recall receiving renewal reminders.
I asked Every Mother to explain how I could be charged for two overlapping annual memberships and to review my refund request. Instead, I keep receiving the same “no refunds” policy without an explanation.
I used to love their programs and recommended them to many expecting friends. This experience has completely changed my opinion. Please check your billing history carefully.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration. As a general note, our system does not allow two subscriptions to be charged to the same account under the same email address, separate subscriptions would require separate accounts with different email addresses.
We’d be happy to review your account and billing history again to make sure everything is accurate. Please reach out to our support team so we can assist you directly.

3 years of charges for an app I didn’t use
I signed up for Every Mother in 2023 during my first pregnancy, used it for about a month, and believed I had cancelled. I hadn't had the app downloaded on any device since — no logins, no usage, nothing — yet I was charged for a full annual membership renewal in 2024, 2025, and again attempted in 2026.
I only discovered this because a payment method I'd since cancelled for unrelated reasons triggered a "please update your card" email. Otherwise, this likely would have continued indefinitely.
When I reached out, their support (a mix of an AI bot and then a human rep) confirmed the account would be cancelled going forward, but declined to refund any of the past charges, citing a blanket no-refund policy. I understand every company needs a policy, but three years of charges for a completely inactive account is a different situation than someone simply changing their mind — and I was disappointed that no exception was possible even after a "human review."
I came to this company during one of the most exhausted, overextended seasons of my life — pregnant or postpartum for three years straight — and I think that's exactly the kind of situation a company built around supporting mothers should be able to show some flexibility for. I'd encourage anyone signing up to set a calendar reminder to double check your cancellation went through, because their system will keep billing you indefinitely without any usage-based checks or reminders

Thanks for sharing your experience. We’re so sorry to hear how frustrating this has been.
Our subscriptions, like most subscription services, automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date. We understand that a missed cancellation can be frustrating, and we always do our best to accommodate requests when possible. Members are able to cancel at any time before their renewal and will continue to have access through the end of their current subscription term.
While memberships and renewals are subject to our refund policy, we understand that this resolution was disappointing. We’re glad we were able to ensure your membership was canceled going forward, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your perspective with us.

They do not send any notices prior to renewing your subscription. I immediately saw the Charge the same day. It was run, which was one day prior to the end of my current subscription.. I requested a refund and they declined even though the new term has not yet started. They do not give notices on purpose. This company is a scam. Avoid them at all costs!!!

too small or too big and no exchange or refund
Their support garments are either too large or too small. They cannot be tried on. Attempts to return can only be done via email, which is answered by a bot offering nothing but a suggestion to buy more rubbish that will not fit.

No consent or warning price increases & auto-renewals
My subscription automatically renewed without any warning, and zero notifications about a price increase.
I was supposed to be charged $59.99 every 6 months but was instead charged $89.99! No warning, no heads-up, no consent! and strict NO refund policy. I was able to cancel my membership on their website but unable to have the membership cost corrected. What a scam! I didn't even use the program, their "AI" should have been able to see I had no logins but they are quick to charge you more than what was originally agreed to and with no warning anyway.

Terrible return policy and customer service
I purchased a belly binder from this company according to their sizing chart. However the item was far too large. I shipped it back to them and they stated I cannot receive a refund or exchange and are attempting to keep the item I purchased in their possession because the tag was not attached to the item. The tag was included in the return. Their return process and customer service is absurd, slow and incredibly unfair to the customer. Do not purchase!
Response from Every MotherOct 6, 2025
Hi Emily, it's necessary for us to follow our return policy. Unfortunately, we cannot accept a returned item that does not have the tags attached. This is general practice. We always strive to provide the best service at all times and are sorry to see that you feel that we fell short of this goal.
