Hi Sara, we are sorry to hear that you are not seeing and feeling progress as quickly as you have hoped. For more severe separations, this can take some time and consistency. Please keep in mind when we are measuring progress in DR resolution we are measuring both width and depth. It is possible to see progress in one before the other. Hi Kathleen, sorry that you were not initially aware of the trial that we offer. Unfortunately, it seems that you did not have enough time with the program prior to review. We offer a workout progression in our Paths. As you continue in your Path you will find an increased challenge. We are always here to offer help and guidance if you feel that overall you are not achieving enough workout challenge with suggested modifications.
