I was extremely impressed by the user friendly directions and video on how to take my test. The communication from mailing the test to the results were great! The report was very thorough. I definitely will use this company in the future! Thank you!!

I just don't feel it was very accurate. I know of some food sensitivity I have from traditional tests but wanted more in depth. The result said no reaction to those from before. Not to confident, feel like I wasted my money. Not sure what to do to correct it but unfortunately skeptical to try other tests.

I've done a few tests with them. Sometimes I get quick results, sometimes it takes a bit longer.

Customer service is beyond terrible. There's no phone to reach them at. Ordered a test kit in advance, in preparation for having to test a few months later. Tried to use it, and get an error message saying "Kit no longer valid" Even though it was well prior to the kit expiration date. Now I get another kit that doesn't have have the registration info inside of it... which is mandatory to complete. I honestly don't think saving $50 on a test is worth the risk... just go to Quest Diagnostics and pay extra for an accurate test. And curse the shark tank investor who put money into this company... Not to mention they are not FDA approved.

I bought the Food Sensitivity Test and it showed that I was sensitive to foods I know I’m not sensitive to and viceversa. The results gave me no indication that I am sensitive to the foods I am struggling with. 199$ wasted.

I ordered several kits totaling $1300 when I was changing jobs and needed to use up my FSA funds. Unbeknownst to me, you have to register your kits within 3 months of purchase. If you don’t, Everlywell won’t process them. This is only mentioned in one place on the website—at the very end of an FAQ question about replacement kits. It’s not communicated on the order page, the order confirmation, or the (many) emails you’ll receive from Everlywell later. You wouldn’t even know to check that FAQ question for that info since it’s not clearly labeled. (“When do I have to return my kit?” would be much more helpful, but being helpful would mean more work and less free money on their part, so I’m guessing there’s no incentive to do that.) I reached out to customer service who told me they’d give me 15% off another purchase—as if anyone who just wasted a rent payment on products they can’t use would spend even one more dollar with this company. Horrible, disappointing experience.

Horrendous customer service. Charged me out of the blue and sent a test without my consent to an address I haven’t lived at in two years. Said it was part of their stipulations to close out a membership even though I bought a one-off test 6 months ago and don’t have a membership. Impossible to communicate with. Would not recommend this company to anyone.
