Great website, easy to order, Colin cancer screening test was inexpensive, delivered fast, registering kit was simple and collection instruction clear and concise. Professional all around.

Bought the STD test. Results took way longer than what was said by the company. I was suppose to received a phone call from a physician and I have scheduled 3 times and still have not received a phone call. DO NOT waste your money. It's better to go to a clinic or find an actual telehealth service that will actually help you. Anyone who has a real symptom would not be able to get timely treatment.

I've used Everlywell for several years. In the past, it has highlighted several foods (+15) and was very helpful. On a recent test, it only flagged two foods that were mild sensitivity... I sent the results to the customer care team with previous tests and asked if I could retake the test since the results were not accurate. They repeatedly sent canned responses and deleted the email thread each time. They didn't look at my results or value me as a customer. I’m very disappointed in their new management, quality of the lab reports, and customer service.

I have been scammed by this company. I ordered a test several months ago. Everything worked fine. I saw a charge for $186.75 on my banking account from company months later. I let the bank know I didn’t order this test and it was considered a fraudalet charge. Ok. Today I receive a test in the mail. A test I did not order. Please know there is no phone number to talk to a live body. Further, they site says once an “order” has been shipped it is NON-REFUNDABLE. Total scam. I will work to try to find a solution, but doubt I will get one. The bank had to eat the charge.

Easy to use, reasonably priced, fast!

Ordered this test kit on Amazon. From reading another review, I waited until I was ready to use the kit before registering it. It was quick and simple to register, collect the sample, mail (came with everything I needed), and get the results.

This is my second time to use EverlyWell for lab tests, and this one was much easier since I knew what to expect and what to do. I was pleased with the turn-around time and the ease of access of the lab results. I'm taking these results to a doctor to help determine any next steps.

I like the lfact that you can send the test in and get your test results fast.
