We're sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your kit registration and sample collection, especially given that you were ultimately disappointed with your test results. We'd like to clarify that our Food Sensitivity Test only requires a blood spot collection, whereas our Metabolism Test requires a blood spot and saliva collection. Rest assured that the lab runs quality control on all samples. In the event that a sample is unable to be processed, we will always reach out to discuss the next steps together. The labs that process our tests are all CLIA-certified, and comply with all federal and state regulations regarding laboratory testing in addition to performing frequent internal quality checks and testing, as well as regular inspections and validation of the accuracy of their testing. Your results page includes education and resources to help you understand and move forward with your results.
