I used to love everlanne bought items ranging from Jeans to t shirts to hoodies. Some of their pieces are my Staples still. However their radical transparency doesn't show up with the humans that work in their company. They don't give them benefits or rights and that tells you more about a company if their willing to sacrifice the workers for a message selling point. There lack of customer service which only includes communication through email is wrong. When you have a question or complex return it's always best to talk to another human immediately. But they only offer email. And that could make the process so much longer. Never again. Do not purchase from them.

NOT WEARABLE AT ALL! 100$ for chip leather, and wrong sizing. Such a disappointment.

Ordered the modern loafer since it was going to be discontinued. Read they run small so ordered up 1/2 a size. Shoe was huge on my foot. Customer service allowed me to return and get my actual size. New pair is actually a bit big as well but wearable. There is a stitching abnormality on the toe of left shoe. The toes of each shoe do not match. They are worthless. I will never order from Everlane again. Their sizing if way off and the quality is poor. These shoes should mirror each other but with the mismatched stitching they look cheap. Do better Everlane!!

Recently Everlane has gone down from great products and service, to poor quality products (received a sweater covered with pills, and wrinkled from being stuffed into a shipping envelop) and service (was told they would refund money to my charge account, but instead charged that amount to my account... after days of emails to explain their error and receiving the same answer in return, I gave up). My husband and I purchased many things over the last few years, but never again.

I bought the size 29 (8) Curvy High Rise Skinny Jeans, and when received, were too tight...(they do run small, which is stated). Returned right away, with the hopes of an easy exchange to the next size up. Experienced a little difficulty with their return site, but, every email I wrote was always answered promptly & favorably. When I did get the right sized pair and put them on....Wow...Love at first try on!! They fit perfect, feel like a glove on each leg....so comfortable! I give this company 5 Stars and will be shopping with them again ): J. Hampton

There’s no Phone support. When companies only want you to e-mail them for contact...it shows that they want little to nothing to do with their customers. It was practically impossible to get a steady line of correspondence thru e-mail the first few days regarding my refund - because I was ignored for the majority of the time by their online team.

In my experience, they sell well-made clothing, and I like that they are transparent about where it's produced and what materials are used. Website is fairly easy to navigate. Shipping can be slow, but that's not a big deal to me. Returns used to be simpler. Like others, I'm having issues finding the return label, and they don't email it like they say they will. They've also stopped providing updates on where your return is at. My biggest issue is they've started automatically crediting your account instead of refunding your credit card. When they finally did credit my card for the return, they only credited a partial amount with no explanation as to why.
