DO NOT SHOP AT EVERLANE IF YOU ARE IN UK. Was bought ‘rain boots’ as a gift - not cheap (over £70 including postage). They arrived within promised time frame but were far too small (I am a small UK5, ordered UK5, and couldn’t get my foot in - their UK sizing advise is all wrong). ***COST TO RETURN WAS £33*** I have checked the website and the buying process and it is very unclear that EVERLANE is based in US. AVOID

Ordered Christmas present for my daughter,never turned up and it's a month later,customer services have said it must be lost in transit, wish I had read the reviews first.Contacted DHL and they said the tracking number didn't exist.

First and last time ever purchasing from this company! Would not extend first time promo to second purchase literally made within 20 minutes after first. Customer service condescendingly told me to go pound sand! For a company that hypes transparency and fairness, they fall way short in action.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU'RE IN THE UK!! I ordered two items on December 2nd. I received an email saying they would be dispatched in 1 - 2 days. I was still waiting 3 weeks later. When the package finally turned up only one item was there. I returned the order and I am still waiting for the refund 2 months later. AVOID!

I am very disappointed. I purchased 4 items on November 24th and I received nothing. 2 of the items where shipped rapidly but DHL delivered the package to the wrong address. Everlane response was to ask me to wait 10 days to see if the package magically appeared. When i got proof that it was a mistake on their part they resend the package but nothing so far. 2 of the other items of my order havent ship yet and I did a second order which I ended up canceling because of the delays and the lame email apologies. IF YOU DONT HAVE INVENTORY STOP SELLING. I was counting on those clothes for holiday season sadly
